Troubleshooting

In the Workspace, as in the Studio, generated media is in the Library the moment it finishes: the Library of the prompt connected to the card that produced it. Nothing needs saving. Look in that prompt’s Library.

Add to Gallery on an image card does something else: it adds the picture to the prompt’s gallery, the set its cover and gallery read.

My references vanished when I changed model

Section titled “My references vanished when I changed model”

They are still stored. Different models accept different kinds of reference, and the ones the new model cannot use are hidden rather than shown as broken. Switch back and they reappear.

This is also why a reference slot you used yesterday may not be on screen today. It belongs to a model you are not currently pointed at.

On a Workspace generator card, parameter changes are temporary. They apply to that generation and are not written back to the Key Prompt. That is deliberate: the card is for trying something, and the prompt is the thing you keep.

To change a parameter permanently, change it in the Studio, where it belongs to the Key Prompt itself.

The Save control needs three things. One of them is empty:

  • Prompt text — the base prompt cannot be blank.
  • A name — an untitled prompt cannot be saved.
  • A project — every Key Prompt belongs to one.

Each kind of reference has its own ceiling, and the ceiling belongs to the model rather than to Lorvara: some take one, some take several. When a slot refuses a new image, it is full. Remove one first.

Close the Prompt Agent and open it again to start the conversation again. Closing it clears what the agent has been told without touching your prompt, model or parameters, so you lose the conversation and keep the work.

If the agent is ignoring a Skill rather than misunderstanding you, that is a different problem. See when a Skill is not firing.

My credits went further, or less far, than I expected

Images are charged per image. Video is charged per second. A short clip can cost more than a batch of stills, which is the usual source of surprise.

A generation that fails returns its reservation, and the return is reported beside the spend rather than quietly subtracted, so the ledger shows both. The app calls it Reservations returned. See Credits.
